Platform role
QuoteMatch helps buyers structure RFQs, identify relevant suppliers, route opportunities, collect supplier quotations, and compare reviewed responses. QuoteMatch does not guarantee that a supplier will respond, that a buyer will award a contract, or that a quotation will result in a transaction.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate RFQ information, answer clarification questions truthfully, avoid fake or test requests, and use supplier quotations only for evaluating the submitted RFQ. Buyers decide whether to accept or reject quotations after QuoteMatch review.
Supplier responsibilities
Suppliers receive secure tokenized links for specific RFQ opportunities and do not need an account to respond. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, pricing, timing, availability, and commercial terms of submitted quotations.
Supplier payments and invoices
Supplier payments are processed through Stripe. Payment unlocks the full RFQ details and response form for a specific opportunity only. Payment does not guarantee contract award. Stripe may provide invoice and payment records according to its own processing terms.
Admin review and quality checks
QuoteMatch admins may review RFQs, supplier matching, supplier emails, quotations, attachments, payment state, quality checks, and clarification notes before content reaches another party. Admins may request clarification, reject content, or release quotations to buyers.
Contact visibility
Buyer contact details remain hidden from suppliers until the buyer accepts a quotation. Supplier contact details may be used by QuoteMatch admins to route opportunity emails, follow up, manage opt-outs, and support the RFQ workflow.
Prohibited use
Users must not submit joke, dummy, spam, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or automated requests. Users must not attempt to bypass token, payment, review, opt-out, or access controls.
Support and changes
QuoteMatch may update product mechanics, review steps, pricing logic, supplier routing, and support workflows as the service evolves. Users can contact QuoteMatch support for service questions, RFQ clarification, supplier support, or opt-out issues.
